Following our updates in the past fortnight, for mobile, note loop fixes and improved handling of shift start actions, we’ve released a new mobile app update with several improvements and bug fixes to enhance stability and usability across both iOS and Android.
What’s Improved
- Fixed an issue causing the iOS login screen to twitch or glitch during sign-in
- Resolved a problem preventing access to the Customer tab for Group Service users
- After submitting an incident, the app now returns you directly to the relevant shift details screen, ensuring a better user experience
- Improved incident count visualisation when ending a shift
- Fixed touch response and modal layout issues on Pixel 9 Pro devices
- Updated the camera upload button label from “CROP” to “SAVE” for better clarity
- A team member no longer receives a notification if they did not apply for a published shift
